These Terms apply to the Lighter On Purpose website and fit-call booking pages operated by First Wave Publishing LLC. The website and SMS program are intended for adults age 18 and older in the United States.
Website inquiries and fit-call bookings
This website provides program information, collects inquiries and applications, and lets you book a 45-minute fit and sales conversation. Submitting an inquiry or application, or booking a call, does not enroll you in coaching, create a coaching relationship, authorize a charge, or commit you to purchase anything. No payment is collected when you book a fit call.
Use the website lawfully and provide only information you are authorized to submit. Do not submit sensitive personal information or interfere with the website’s operation.
Nonmedical scope and results
Lighter On Purpose concerns nonmedical weight loss coaching. Website information, inquiry responses, and fit calls are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Contacting us or booking a fit call does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. No particular weight loss or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Program and pricing
The six-month, one-on-one nonmedical coaching program includes one video coaching meeting per month. The price is $3,000 paid once or six monthly payments of $550, totaling $3,300. The installment option is six payments, not an ongoing monthly subscription.
The program has a no-refund policy, except where nonwaivable legal rights require otherwise. Final service, payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided separately before purchase. These website Terms do not create a payment obligation.
Optional SMS programs
First Wave Publishing LLC (Lighter On Purpose) offers two separate SMS choices on our inquiry and fit-call application forms. Each checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or application, booking a call, purchasing, or receiving services. Providing a phone number or accepting these Terms alone does not constitute SMS consent.
Marketing texts: Select the marketing checkbox to receive recurring messages about our nonmedical coaching programs, special offers, promotions, and promotional service updates.
Appointment texts: Select the appointment-related checkbox to receive fit-call booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and cancellations. This choice does not authorize marketing texts. Existing marketing-only consent does not authorize appointment texts.
We send each type of message only when you have expressly consented to that purpose. Message frequency varies; appointment-message frequency depends on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages from this business. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out. Further SMS messages will stop unless you provide new express consent. To resubscribe, complete the relevant optional SMS choice on our website form again. Booking and email communications remain available without SMS consent.

Changes and legal rights
We may update these website Terms by posting a revised version. Changes do not expand the scope of your SMS consent or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
